Provide the performance date and curtain time, plus the restaurant address for any meal beforehand. Confirm the expected show length with the venue when choosing a return time. Allow for leaving the auditorium and reaching the agreed pickup point, especially when your party includes guests who need additional walking time.

After the itinerary, actual approved charges are reconciled and any unused authorized amount is released or credited according to the final charges and payment terms.

Executive protection services are performed by RMI International Inc., PPO #15879. ARO Executive coordinates transportation and client-facing logistics; ARO Executive does not itself perform the executive protection service.
For eligible combined engagements, transportation, concierge coordination, and third-party executive protection can be organized as one coordinated client experience, including consolidated billing where the service arrangement permits.
