Outside its operating areas, service is performed by independent third-party transportation companies, subject to destination coverage, availability, applicable local requirements and confirmation of terms. ARO does not sell or book airline tickets or hotel rooms.

Can I book transportation for my executive without being the passenger?
Yes. Please identify the passenger and the person coordinating the reservation separately, and tell us who should receive confirmations or itinerary updates.
Can you accommodate multiple meetings or an hourly itinerary?
Yes, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Share the stops, planned timing, and any waiting requirements for a complete quote.
Can ARO coordinate transportation in multiple U.S. cities?
Yes. We can coordinate requested ground transportation with qualified independent chauffeur affiliates in supported U.S. markets, subject to availability, local requirements and confirmation. ARO operates its own vehicles only within its authorized service areas.
How does ARO evaluate affiliate transportation companies?
Our intended partner-review process covers applicable operating authority, commercial insurance, vehicle and chauffeur presentation, pickup procedures and responsiveness. We also review service feedback and trip follow-through. Affiliate services remain independently operated.
Does ARO book airline tickets or hotel rooms?
No. Your office or its travel agency manages flights and accommodations. Share the confirmed travel details and we will focus on arranging ground transportation around the itinerary.
Can we discuss a recurring executive transportation account?
Yes. Contact our team with your estimated trip volume, typical routes, booking workflow, and billing preferences. Arrangements are discussed individually.
Do you offer executive protection?
ARO Executive coordinates transportation and can coordinate third-party executive protection through RMI International Inc., PPO #15879. RMI provides the protection services, subject to availability and its own terms.
