Resort transportation questions.
Can a concierge reserve on behalf of a guest?
Yes. Provide the passenger's information and designate who should receive reservation updates. Service is confirmed directly with the booking contact.
Do you provide transportation from SNA or LAX?
ARO Executive accepts transportation inquiries involving SNA, LAX, LGB, SAN and private aviation. Service is subject to applicable airport authorization, vehicle availability and confirmed pickup arrangements.
Can we arrange hourly transportation for an entire evening?
Yes. Request hourly availability, planned stops and the expected end time when booking so the appropriate arrangement can be quoted.
How many passengers fit in the Escalade?
Up to six passengers, depending on luggage and seating needs. Please confirm your passenger and bag count before booking.
Is ARO Executive affiliated with the hotels listed?
No. ARO Executive is an independent private transportation provider. Listings and links are solely for destination information and visitor convenience, not a hotel partnership or endorsement. Hotel stays are booked directly with the property; ARO transportation is booked separately.
