For eligible arrangements, we can combine chauffeured transportation and approved concierge-related expenses into a streamlined client experience. The scope, payment authorizations, and billing approach are agreed before service.
A single point of coordination does not mean every outside service is included in the transportation price.

Third-party reservations, gratuities, admission fees, vendor services, and other expenses are subject to availability, client approval, and the agreed terms. Consolidated billing is available only when appropriate for the engagement.

What does ARO Executive concierge service include?
Depending on the arrangement, we coordinate chauffeured transportation, itinerary timing, hotel and guest arrivals, dining and venue logistics, and approved related expenses. Each engagement has a defined scope and confirmed pricing.
Can a hotel concierge or executive assistant book for someone else?
Yes. Hotel concierge teams, executive assistants, travel coordinators, and private offices can contact ARO to arrange transportation and agreed concierge details on behalf of their guests or principals.
Can you arrange restaurant reservations or event access?
We can assist with coordination and communications as agreed, but reservation availability, acceptance, ticketing, and access are controlled by the venue or third-party provider. Nothing is guaranteed until separately confirmed.
Can ARO pay approved expenses for my itinerary?
For eligible engagements, a client-approved allowance or other agreed billing arrangement may be used for certain third-party expenses. Actual eligible charges are reconciled after service, and unused authorizations are released or credited under the agreed terms.
Can I receive one consolidated bill?
Consolidated client billing may be available for qualifying services where legally and contractually permitted. We confirm the invoicing arrangement and responsibility for outside vendor charges in advance.
Can executive protection be coordinated too?
ARO can coordinate transportation logistics alongside executive protection independently provided by RMI International Inc., PPO #15879. ARO does not itself provide protection services. Learn about protection coordination.
Is concierge service available without transportation?
Our concierge offering is generally designed around ARO Executive transportation engagements. Contact us with your needs and we can confirm whether a standalone request is within our available scope.
